Collette Fortin, and her Ceiba Tree Jewelry, have been very lucky to receive so much recognition from her peers in her first two years of showing her exquisite jewelry. As of October 6, 2002, Collette has received three First Place awards, one Honorable Mention award and one Best New Entrant award in her first nineteen shows. It should be noted that fourteen of those nineteen shows did not give any awards. Therefore, she actually won prizes at five out of six possible award-granting shows. She is very grateful for these important honors.
